SecondDoor

Human door and agent door, scored separately

Your website has two front doors. You have only ever tested one.

We walk your site twice. Once as a person, once as a machine buying on someone's behalf. Both are scored out of 100. The difference between them is your Door Gap, and it is usually the number nobody in the building has seen.

The same page, walked twice

A worked example. A person lands on this storefront's homepage, and this is what they meet.

Human doorchrome, javascript on
The Example Store homepage in a browser: a nav of four categories, a winter hero with a Shop the collection button, and three best sellers with prices and stock state.
Agent doorhttp fetch, no javascript
  1. 01GET / 200 OK text/html 212 kB
  2. 02title: Example Store
  3. 03h1: (none found)
  4. 04nav: 4 links, no catalogue feed
  5. 05product: Cutter 154 all-mountain
  6. 06price: (rendered client side)
  7. 07availability: (not stated)
  8. 08add to cart: <button onclick=...>
  9. 09llms.txt: 404
  10. 10robots.txt: disallow GPTBot
  11. 11returns policy: pdf, no text layer
The storefront is intact. The machine-readable one has no price, no stock state, and no way to begin a purchase. Nothing here is broken. It was simply never written for the other visitor.

In this example the human door scores 79 and the agent door 22. The gap is 57, and the storefront looks fine from the front.

What you get back

A number, the evidence behind it, and the three things to fix first.

Ten dimensions, six on the machine's side and four on the visitor's. Anything we could not reach is recorded as not measured. It is never counted as zero.
